Think of me as your go-to designer for anything visual — whether it’s for any personal event or idea, or if you have your own business I can help you with everything from branding, building a website, marketing graphics and event materials to social media content.

Although now the world has easy access to AI which can seem like a free, convenient solution to keeping up with design trends or helping set-up your business in the digital space, it does not have the care and refinement that a human can provide. My goal is to be an accessible and caring partner for your idea. I am here to support your ideas and simplify aspects of your business which you may struggle with.

Based in Sydney, Australia but am available remotely to suit your time and needs wherever you may be :)

  • Hi, I’m Maya. I’m a graphic, digital, and web designer with over four years (2021-2025) of experience working in the marketing team at a global company, where I designed digital ads, websites, merchandise, and a range of marketing materials.. After gaining valuable industry experience, I moved into freelancing to be able to support people with their design and marketing needs — in a way that’s approachable, clear, and supportive.

    I understand that we now live in a time where anyone can “build” a website using AI for free in five minutes. While these tools can be useful, I believe there is still a lot of value in the human touch — understanding the person behind the brief, asking the right questions, and recognising what may be missing beyond the initial request.

    My goal isn't simply to provide a website or make a poster, but to understand what you are trying to achieve and help refine the communication, identity and goals behind it.

    I bring more than just design skills. I can help look at the bigger picture, identify opportunities to improve how something is communicated, and turn those ideas into something clear and effective — all in a digestible and approachable way that is tailored to your specific needs.

    • Digital Design/Illustration: From digital ads and banners to posters to print.

    • Web Design: Designing and building websites using platforms such as Wordpress and Shopify.

    • Social Media/Marketing advising: Assisting in setting up social media channels, planning content and templates for posts for instagram and facebook.

    • Branding: Designing logos and design asset collateral for campaigns and events.

    • Personal Event Graphics: Want to plan some sort of event? I can help you plan and design personalised posters, menus or knick-knacks for print to make your event unique and memorable!

  • Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with companies such as RØDE Microphones (2021–2025), Panasonic (2023–present), Liter & Penny (2025) and ConvoMedia (2021–2022).

    I have also had the pleasure of working with a wide range of businesses and organisations, including hotels and pubs, dance teachers, volunteer-led organisations, and small businesses.

    Working across such different types of clients has given me experience adapting to different industries, audiences and ways of working. No project is the same, and I enjoy getting to know what makes each business or organisation unique. I’m open to all kinds of projects, but I especially love helping businesses bring their brand story and marketing to life so they can connect with the right people.
